How to Use the 'Therapeutic Body Massage Rolls'

SMALL SOFT ROLL (3"x5")

This roll can be used for the following:

  • soft enough for children
  • in bed with a pillow or lower back R/L
  • fits between a woman or childs shoulderblades (gentle)
  • lowerback R/L 45 degree angle
  • tip of the tailbone - helps compression

SMALL HARD ROLL (3"x5")

This roll can be used for the following:

  • fits between a womans shoulderblades
  • hard enough to massage out muscle knots
  • rotation of the hips R/L
  • lifting sacrum R/L
  • end on end neck area R/L/Ctr (laying on your back)

LONG ROLL (3.5"X12")

This roll can be used for the following:

  • lifting the lower ribs away from the hips (3 areas). Helps compression
  • place vertical R/L sides of the spine, move sideways or back and forth in a rocking motion
  • in bed, on the floor, at the beach; use under neck. Turn head R and L lifting hip to increase pressure
  • behind R and L knees (circulation)
  • under R or L hip. Hip separation from the femur head; for the leg jammed into the socket
  • lower back 45 degree angle
  • massages muscle
  • used when multi-tasking (using more than 1 roll)

LARGE ROLL (HARD) (4"x6")

This roll can be used for the following:

  • horizontal from under the skull to the top of the hips. Hard enough to dig out muscle knots, ligaments, tendons and capsule problems
  • lifts LS off from sacrum (lubes L/S joint spaces)
  • lower back R/L on 45 degree angle to increase circulation into the hips and legs
  • vertical over the top of the scapula R/L
  • lift skull up off from the neck R/L/Ctr (This is done end on end)
  • end on end neck area R/L (lifts and massages)

LARGE ROLL (SOFT) (4"X6")

This roll can be used for the following:

  • horizontal from under the skull to the top of the hips. This is done in a chair, rocking is best. You can use the roll in any moving vehicle (car, truck, off road, tractors, cranes and bulldozers).
  • in bed or on the floor, use horizontal under the neck. Turn head R and L lifting hips to increase pressure
  • behind R and L knees (circulation). Best in rocking chair
  • lower back R or L on a 45 degree angle to increase circulation into the hips and legs
